Methods Of Reducing Infection

 Disinfection cleaning

Due to the risks associated with the cleaning of areas potentially infected with the COVID-2019/ Coronavirus, special health and safety and cleaning procedures and practices must be adhered to. These procedures and practices are primarily to keep all operatives safe as well as protecting the public and preventing and reducing the spread of the disease. A fully decontamination clean in suspected and confirmed areas to cover any areas of exposure is given a disinfection wipe down using electrostatic and fogging equipment and steam machines

High-Touch Area

High-touch areas/points like door handles, back of chairs, computer equipment, and other appliances will be thoroughly disinfected as these are likely to be the most high-risk areas where cross-contamination/infection could take place.

Super High Temperature Steaming

Using specialist and professional-grade steam cleaning equipment, all walls, floors, upholstery, and

surfaces will be cleaned with ‘dry’ steam superheated to 165 degrees centigrade. This method is recommended by the CDC and NHS in line with their sterilisation and decontamination procedures.

Fogging Machines

Due to the risks associated with the cleaning of areas potentially infected with the COVID-2019/ Coronavirus, special health and safety and cleaning procedures and practices must be adhered to. These procedures and practices are primarily to keep all operatives safe as well as protecting the public and preventing and reducing the spread of the disease. A fully decontamination clean in suspected and confirmed areas to cover any areas of exposure is given a disinfection wipe down using electrostatic and fogging equipment and steam machines Chemical wet fogging produces a fine mist, the biocide particles in the mist or fog are so small that they remain suspected in the air long enough to kill airborne viruses and bacteria. The biocide also eliminates pathogen on surfaces including ceilings and walls as well as furniture and floors. Results are immediate and benefits are potentially significant and long lasting

Electrostatics

This is the process of adding an electrical charge to the liquid droplets when they are sprayed. When you spray a solution that is properly charged with electrostatics, the solution will envelop the targeted object to provide an even 360 coating, adhering to hidden and shadowed areas, with no runs or drips on vertical surfaces, delivering rapid and effective disinfection to all surfaces and areas.

Spraying

Sanitising agents reach areas that maybe difficult to clean with other techniques. This takes minutes and dependant on area can be covered for larger areas. This process can cause allergic re-action so areas needs to be cleared and ideally recommended out of hours or overnight and is highly recommended to take precautionary measures

Sanitisers

Where no water is available the use of over 60% alcohol hand sanitisers is highly recommended and we are able to supply and install in all public and communal areas
