We offer a range of services that will make the changeover process smooth and perfect for the next occupant.
What are the different packages you offer?
Regular changeover clean
This takes place on the day of departure, preparing the property for the next guests includes:
Full clean of the property fixtures, high touch areas, windows, floors, surfaces, bathrooms, kitchen and living spaces.
Bedding is hired from one of our suppliers which can include duvet covers, pillow slips, sheets, towels and bathing mats.
Once your booking is confirmed we schedule your bedding requirements which the changeover staff bring with them on the day.
Your dirty laundry then leaves and is re-cleaned offsite at the supplier’s location.
Mid booking refresh or change of laundry
If you have guests staying for a longer period, we can arrange to clean during their stay and change the linen if required. This must be booked in advance with at least 48 hours’ notice.
Holiday Home refreshing
When a property has been empty for some time, we can visit prior to an arrival to check that everything is in order and clean or refresh where required. Just send an email to the bookings team and they can coordinate the staff accordingly.
Deep cleans
This type of clean is good at seasonal intervals or when the season is less busy. It is a thorough clean which will focus on all the areas that cannot be completed with a changeover cleaning schedule due to time restraints. Areas such as carpets, rugs, upholstery, oven deep cleaning will all add time to the schedules and therefore have a greater impact of your profit margins.
Welcome packs
Welcome packs are a good way to start off on the right foot. You can provide whatever you wish in a welcome pack. Just remember the more you add the more it will cost you from your margin. However, they do make a great impression. Every customer is different, some like to just add tea, coffee, sugar and perhaps a bottle of milk. Whilst others like to add bread, some fresh eggs and perhaps a paper. It really is entirely your choice and there is no right and wrong way of doing it.
